Do you provide Event Planning Services?
Typically event planning consists of booking venues, coordinating and/or providing seating arrangements, and creating a program. Although we are offering displays for celebratory events and businesses, we do not provide event planning services at this time.
Can you work with my Event Planner?
Of course! When completing the Inquiry Form, please list your event planner’s contact information and we will reach out.
I can’t explain my idea with words, but I have a picture. How can I send it to you?
You can send the photo via email at MRoseDisplays@gmail.com or by going to the menu bar and clicking Contact.
How far in advance should I book a service?
Two months in advance is preferred. Requesting a display less than three weeks before the event date may include a rush fee. Please keep in mind, that our lead creator is a perfectionist! Her desire is to have as much time as possible to execute every detail of your display.
How can I book a FREE consultation?
Please fill out the inquiry form by clicking here. In the Event Details box, type in FREE CONSULT, and we will schedule a free 15 min. consultation via phone. During your consultation, we will explore ideas, and discuss how we can bring your vision to life.
What form of payment do you accept?
At this time, we only accept online payments. When our clients accepts a quote, an estimate is converted into an invoice and sent via email. Once an invoice is sent, our clients have online access to submit their payment. (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, & ACH). After submitting a payment, you will receive a receipt. We do not accept cash as a form of payment.
